We are all about restoring human dignity, rebuilding and reforming life. The heart of our ministry is to make the world a better place for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC).
We understand that no one chose to become an orphan. Many children have become parentless for many reasons, including civil war, political unrest, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond our control.
The death of parents and guardians leaves these little ones defenseless. With no one to care for them, they are left exposed to all kinds of risks. They need people to stand in the gap and give them a place to call home (security and safety) and meet their needs.
In partnership with our friends, we have established a children’s home.
We currently have 24 children and hope to bring more children under our wing with your help.
These little ones are our nations’ future, the continuity of human life and existence for generations to come. Let’s empower them to flourish and gloriously lead this land.
We also look after the poor, the elderly, and the abused. All these disadvantaged groups need someone to champion their cause and plight. And He Is Like Me International Ministry has made it its mission to advocate their causes and be the feet and hands that make a positive difference in these people’s lives.
We serve for the glory of God and the betterment of man.
